可变黏多功能压裂液体系及应用

Variable Viscosity Multifunction Fracturing Fluid and Its Application

摘要:  针对中深层页岩气井常规压裂液加砂泵压高、米加砂量低,裂缝性储层易砂堵,变黏工序复杂、时效 性差等困难,采用靶向聚合手段研发了一种多功能降阻剂,通过改变降阻剂浓度,实现滑溜水、线性胶、交联液(加 入交联剂)在线自由转换,对其性能实验评价。相同黏度下,可变黏多功能压裂液降阻率较常规滑溜水提高 7%,携 砂距离提高 30%,损害率为常规的 47.2%;其交联液在180℃下仍具有良好的携砂性能,深层页岩气井中应用,相 同情况下,泵压较常规压裂液降低约 10MPa,最高米加砂量 5.56t,最高砂浓度 260kg/m3 ,创下深层页岩气井加砂 记录;推广应用 65口井,平均单井测试日产气量为31.6×1043 ,可变粘多功能压裂液为经济高效开发中深层页 岩气井提供了液体技术支撑。

Abstract: In order to change the conventional fracturing fluid for mid-deep shale gas wells with high sand pumping pressure, low sand content, easy sand plugging in fractured reservoirs, complex viscosity-changing procedures, and poor timeliness, a targeted polymerization method was developed. Multifunctional drag reducer, by changing the concentration of the drag reducer, it can realize the online free conversion of slippery water, linear glue, and cross-linking liquid ( adding cross-linking agent) , and evaluate its performance experiment. Under the same viscosity, variable viscosity multi-functional fracturing Compared with conventional slick water, the resistance reduction rate of liquid is increased by 7 percentage points, the sand carrying distance is increased by 30% , and the damage rate is 47. 2% of the conventional; its cross-linking fluid still has good sand carrying performance at 180℃ , and is used in deep shale gas wells. Under the same conditions, the pump pressure is about 10MPa lower than that of conventional fracturing fluids, the maximum sand content is 5. 56t, and the maximum sand concentration is 260kg /m3, setting a record of sand filling in deep shale gas wells; 65 wells have been promoted and applied with average single well testing The daily gas production volume is 31 . 6 × 104m3 , and the variable viscosity multifunctional fracturing fluid provides liquid technical support for the economic and efficient development of medium and deep shale gas wells.
